Nearly 43% of kids in Memphis live in poverty – the worst in the country. We believe that a firm spiritual foundation, a safe, positive environment and caring adults invested in their lives are what students need most to achieve their God-given potential.


67% of students living in poverty & reading below grade level in 3rd grade will end up in jail or on welfare.


STREETS Smart 2nd graders reading on grade level, increased from 3% to 49% in one school year.


In 2016, nearly 90% of Streets Seniors graduated from High School outpacing their peers at similar urban schools.
